Returns & Refunds
At Biolac, we want you to feel confident in the products you choose for the animals in your care. Here's how our returns work.
Change of mind — unopened products only
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened milk formula or feed products.
If you've changed your mind about an unopened product, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:
- unopened, with its seal intact;
- in original, resalable condition and packaging; and
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund or exchange.
If something's wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch and we'll make it right — even if the product has been opened. Where the problem is ours, we'll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. A photo of the issue and your order number help us sort it out quickly.

Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
