Biolac Transition 150 is a Stage 2 marsupial milk replacer for growing joeys progressing beyond the early milk stage. With a moderate increase in energy density compared with Stage 1, it supports the nutritional demands of mid lactation as joeys develop fur, open their eyes, and begin exploring outside the pouch.

Suitable for macropods (kangaroos and wallabies) at the fully furred stage, wombats from 1.8kg to 4kg that are beginning to eat grass, and koalas with full fur that are starting to sample leaf. If your joey needs extra digestive support, is recovering after illness, or has sensitive digestion, Transition 150 Plus offers the same stage with added GOS. Not suitable for possums or gliders.

Transition 150 replaces the former Biolac M150. The formula is unchanged; only the name and packaging have been updated.

Transition 150 Feeding Guide

Transition 150 is mixed at 18g of powder per 100ml of warm water. Feed at 12% of body weight per day, divided into 5 feeds. Weigh your joey regularly and adjust volumes as they grow.

Preparation: Mix powder into a smooth paste with a small amount of pre-boiled warm water first, then add remaining water. Warm in a water bath to ~32–35°C before feeding. Do not microwave. Refrigerate unused formula and use within 24 hours.

I find Biolac a wonderful formula for the wallaby and wombat joeys I care for....it is a gentle formula and leaves them with beautiful shiny coats and healthy nails..I highly recommend it
