Biolac Kitten Formula is a specially formulated milk replacement designed to support the growth and development of orphaned or hand-reared kittens. This balanced formula provides essential nutrients to help kittens thrive from birth through weaning.
Preparation: Mix 2 scoops (20g) of powder with 100ml of warm water. First, create a smooth paste with 20ml of water, then add the remaining 80ml and mix thoroughly.
Feeding guide:
• Feed 10-20% of body weight daily, divided into 5 feeds over 24 hours
• Suitable for newborn kittens
• Prepare fresh milk daily and refrigerate any unused portion
• Always shake well before feeding
As kittens grow, gradually introduce solid foods around 3-4 weeks of age. Begin weaning by mixing small amounts of wet kitten food with the formula, slowly increasing the ratio of solid food to formula over time.
Ensure kittens are kept warm and stimulate elimination after each feeding for younger kittens. Always consult with a veterinarian for specific feeding schedules, weaning advice, and health concerns.
