Biolac Starter 100 Plus is a Stage 1 marsupial milk replacer formulated for critical care and stabilisation. It is enriched with galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), a prebiotic fibre that supports gut health, making it well suited to pinkies, neonatal joeys, and orphaned animals in rehabilitation that need extra digestive support in their earliest days in care.

Suitable for macropods (kangaroos and wallabies) at the pinkie stage, wombat pinkies and recovery cases, koala neonates and compromised animals, and possums and gliders during early critical care. Once your joey is feeding well and faecal output is consistent, move to Starter 100 for ongoing rearing.

Starter 100 Plus replaces the former Biolac M100 GOS. The formula is unchanged; only the name and packaging have been updated.

Starter 100 Plus is mixed at 16g of powder per 100ml of warm water. Feed at 13% of body weight per day, divided into 6 feeds. This GOS-enriched formula is designed for critical care and stabilisation. Once your joey is feeding well and faecal output is consistent, transition to Starter 100 for ongoing rearing.

Preparation: Mix powder into a smooth paste with a small amount of pre-boiled warm water first, then add remaining water. Warm in a water bath to ~32–35°C before feeding. Do not microwave. Refrigerate unused formula and use within 24 hours.
