Biolac extends preferential pricing to organisations and individuals who use our products as part of their professional or licensed work caring for animals. These terms apply to all approved Biolac trade and wholesale accounts. By submitting a trade application, you agree to operate within them.

Who can apply

Biolac offers two trade pricing tiers:

  • Trade tier — for wildlife rescue groups, licensed wildlife carers, registered dog and cat breeders, and animal rescue shelters.
  • Wholesale tier — for veterinary practices and retail outlets stocking Biolac for resale or professional use.

Pricing within each tier applies automatically at checkout once your account is approved and tagged. We don't publish tier discounts as they may be adjusted from time to time as part of our normal pricing reviews.

You'll need to provide details that demonstrate you fit one of these categories — a carer licence number, breeder registration, ABN, or similar. We may ask for additional verification before approval.

Annual spend

Trade and wholesale accounts are expected to spend a minimum of $500 per year on Biolac products (excluding shipping). This isn't a contract or a commitment to a specific order schedule — it's a guide that helps us focus our trade pricing where it's most useful.

Registered breeders are not required to meet the minimum spend. Your registration details are sufficient to maintain your trade discount.

If an account spends significantly below $500 over a 12-month period without explanation, we may move it back to standard pricing. We'll always let you know in writing before this happens and discuss the situation first.

Pricing and GST

All prices shown on biolac.com.au are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Your trade discount applies to the RRP at checkout once your account is tagged. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.

Biolac reserves the right to adjust pricing from time to time. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to RRP that affects your trade pricing.

Applications and approval

We review trade applications within 48 hours of submission. Once approved, your customer account is tagged in our system and the discount applies automatically the next time you sign in to your account at biolac.com.au.

If we can't approve an application for any reason, we'll let you know by email and explain why. You're welcome to provide additional information and reapply.

Maintaining your account

Trade pricing is a privilege we extend in good faith. We may review and, if necessary, revoke trade status if:

  • The information you provided turns out to be inaccurate or out of date
  • Your circumstances change in a way that means you no longer fit the eligibility criteria
  • Your account is dormant for an extended period without explanation

If we ever need to review your account, we'll always contact you first.

For retail outlets

Retailers stocking Biolac for resale should follow our brand guidelines when displaying products and using Biolac marks. We're happy to provide guidelines and point-of-sale materials on request. Please don't repackage, relabel, or alter Biolac products in any way.

Wholesale accounts may not sell Biolac products at prices that undermine our recommended retail pricing across other channels.

Payment, shipping, and returns

All trade orders are placed and paid through biolac.com.au using the standard Shopify checkout. Standard payment methods apply.
