Transition 150 Feeding Guide
Mix 18g of Transition 150 powder with warm water to make 100ml of prepared formula. Feed at 12% of body weight per day, divided into 5 feeds. Weigh your joey regularly and adjust volumes as they grow.

Preparation: Mix powder into a smooth paste with a small amount of pre-boiled warm water first, then add remaining water. Warm in a water bath to ~32–35°C before feeding. Do not microwave. Refrigerate unused formula and use within 24 hours.
