Biolac Transition 150 Plus is a Stage 2 marsupial milk replacer enriched with galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), a prebiotic fibre that supports gut health and digestion. It is designed as a follow on from Stage 1 for growing joeys that need extra digestive support, whether from digestive sensitivity, recovery after illness, or slow growth, and for carers who want to continue GOS supplementation through mid lactation.

Suitable for macropods (kangaroos and wallabies) at the velveted to furred stage, wombats from 1.8kg to 4kg, and koalas transitioning to leaf. The added GOS makes it a good choice for hand reared joeys with sensitive digestion or those recovering from a setback. If your joey is feeding well with no digestive issues, standard Transition 150 may be all you need. Not suitable for possums or gliders.

Transition 150 Feeding Guide

Transition 150 is mixed at 18g of powder per 100ml of warm water. Feed at 12% of body weight per day, divided into 5 feeds. Weigh your joey regularly and adjust volumes as they grow.

Preparation: Mix powder into a smooth paste with a small amount of pre-boiled warm water first, then add remaining water. Warm in a water bath to ~32–35°C before feeding. Do not microwave. Refrigerate unused formula and use within 24 hours.
